هتل پارک سعدی شیراز در 2 طبقه اقامتی و 52 باب اتاق، سوئیت و آپارتمان احداث گردیده است. ساختمان این هتل در سال 1385 به طور کامل بازسازی و مجدد افتتاح شد. جهت سرویس دهی مناسب تر و ایجاد فضای اقامتی زیباتر، واحدهای اقامتی در هتل پارک سعدی مجدد در زمستان سال 1396 بهسازی شدند. قرارگیری هتل چهار ستاره پارک سعدی شیراز در نزدیکی حافظیه، باغ جهان نما و خواجوی کرمانی موجب دسترسی آسان و سریع مهمانان گرامی به این اماکن دیدنی شهر شیراز شده است. رستوران، سالن چند منظوره و برخی تجهیزات ورزشی، از دیگر امکانات این هتل به شمار می رود.
