هتل پارک هتل شیراز در زمینی به مساحت 8000 متر مربع، در سال 1338 افتتاح و به بهره برداری رسید. این هتل که در دوران پیش از انقلاب اسلامی ساخته شده است، در سال 1390 جهت مطابقت با استاندارد های روز صنعت هتلداری، بازسازی و بهسازی شد. هتل پارک دارای 8 طبقه می باشد. 126 باب اتاق و 9 سوئیت موجود در پارک هتل شیراز، آماده سرویس دهی به مهمانان گرامی می باشد. محوطه باغ به مساحت 5000 مترمربع با درختان کهنسال در محیطی خوش آب و هوا، اقامت دلپذیر را در هتل چهار ستاره پارک شیراز مهیا کرده است. هتل پارک شیراز در چهار راه زند و مرکز شهر واقع است که موجب دسترسی آسان به حرم شاه چراغ، موزه پارس و بازار وکیل می شود.
