هتل پارسه شیراز در سال 1383 با 5 طبقه احداث گردید. این هتل دارای جمعا 72 باب اتاق و سوئیت با امکانات رفاهی مجهز می باشد که واحدها در طبقات اول تا پنجم پراکنده شده اند. جهت تجهیز امکانات و بهسازی برخی قسمت ها، در سال 1395 آخرین بازسازی هتل پارسه انجام شده است، که آرامش و رفاه هر چه بهتر مهمانان را به همراه خواهد داشت. اقامت در هتل چهار ستاره پارسه شیراز موجب دسترسی راحت و سریع به برخی اماکن تاریخی مانند مجموعه زندیه و ارگ کریم خانی شده است.
